Fees Structure

Fee Payment :
School tuition fee is payable on a monthly basis. However, parents can deposit school dues for the whole year in advance if they so desire. The payment schedule is as follows :

Payment month :

1. Fee is payable for 12 months irrespective of the date of admission.
2. Payment should be made between the 1st and the 15th of the month of each month by cash. If the 15th of the month happens to be a holiday, then the payment is to be made by the 14th of the month.
3. Pupils will not be permitted to appear in the test/examination till the dues are cleared.

Security Money
Security money wouldn't be returned if :-

1. a pupil leaves the school in middle of the session
2. he/she leaves the school R.P. Modi International School to join any other school situated at Koderma district.

Transport Fee
Transport charges are payable for 12months. The amount is to be deposited along with the school fees for every month. If your ward doesn't want to avail transport facility from next month, submit an application to the transport incharge till the end of this very month. You must have to pay transport fee of next whole month in case you late a single day. The school authority may increase transport fee for pupils who will avail transport from the session 2014-15.

Late Fee Fine :
A fine of Rs. 50/- shall be levied from the 16th of the month in which the school dues are to be paid till the 30th of the month. Thereafter, the name of the pupil will be struck off the rolls and re-admission will be allowed on payment of Rs. 100/- which is purely at the discretion of the Principal.

Note :

1. The School Leaving Certificate whenever required is given only after all the school dues-pending against the name of the concerned pupil are cleared.
2. The tuition fee subject to an increase by 10% each year.

Withdrawal

1. Admission of pupils to Nursery class is done on the basis of the school admission committee's interaction with the parents.
2. A pupil can seek withdrawal from school during the academic year. However, a notice of one clear month in writing or a month's fee in lieu of notice must be given before the pupil can withdraw from school. Those who leave the school in the month of May shall in all case pay the fees for May and June.
