One of the promoters, Mr. Prashant Kumar Hota, is a qualified, experienced and successful technocrat in the field of auto component manufacturing through injection moulding. He has worked with world's leading manufacturer of rubber Injection molding machines and has exposure in quality and production management, product value chain, engineering and marketing. With more than two decades of experience in the field of Injection moulding, he offers complete technology solution, most optimum production, and minimum down time, less rejection, optimised tooling, and process up gradation. He was actively involved in the development and process set up with OEM and automotive suppliers for rubber and plastic products. His thorough understanding of product requirement and hands on experience is the key asset for SIMA industries and will provide a leading edge over other manufacturers.
The other promoter, Mr. Badri Narayan Mahapatra is a dynamic leader who has nearly twenty years of experience across organizations such as private sector firms, public sector organizations such as Regulatory, Finance, Education and Research institutions. He has excellent exposure in the field of project finance, marketing and business networking. He has excellent connectivity with promoters and senior management of Industries, Industries Associations, Financial Institutions, Government and Social Organizations. Having worked on numerous projects, he has an intense understanding of the socio-economic scenario of the state of Gujarat. In addition, as Advisor of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), Gujarat Chapter, he is actively involved in promoting entrepreneurship in the State of Gujarat.
