Intellect G employee comply with the laws, rules and regulations of the law of the land and business area. At Intellect G employee may not give and accepts gifts, favors, entertainment unless they are consistent with common business practice, not be construed as bribe or payout and not violate applicable law. Intellect G employee shall not, directly or indirectly offer, promise, give request, demand or accept a bribe or benefits to obtain or retain business. Intellect G employee shall not, directly or indirectly involve in business activities having conflict of interest and shall comply antitrust and competition laws. Intellect G establishes & maintains procedures to select suppliers and subcontractors on the ability to meet the requirements of Intellect G code of conduct.
Health and Safety - we are committed to protecting our employees’ health and safety. This commitment requires that we integrate employee health and safety considerations into the design and selection of our equipment, facilities and processes. It further requires that we operate our facilities in a manner that provides the utmost safety and protection to our employees and the public.
Child Labor - We do not use child labor in any of our global facilities. The term “child” refers to any person employed who is under the age of 18. We support the use of legitimate workplace apprentice programs which comply with local laws and provide an educational benefit to younger people.

We shall comply with or exceed environmental requirements set by applicable law, ordinances and International Agreements. Matters Pertaining to the environment, health and safety are an integral part of Intellect G operations, we strive for high efficiency in the use of energy and natural resources, promote system for recovery & recycling of material, work to prevent and minimize the contamination.
