Our Infrastructure:
SIMA has a state of the art manufacturing facility in its own premises at GIDC Kerala, Ahmedabad. The factory is spread over 600 square meters area in the facilitated industrial estate in Gujarat.

Manufacturing Facility:
We have centralized space for manufacture of rubber and plastic components through injection moulding. The place is equipped with
Rubber Injection Moulding Machine: We have 250 ton rubber injection moulding machines procured from Klockner Desma, the world leader in turnkey injection moulding technology. The machine has a strong, parallel four column clamping unit of 2700 KN capacity with a First in First out Injection unit of maximum shot volume of 2000CCM. The state of the art microprocessor controls regulates the machine parameters with color graphic touch panel enabled for real time trend curves. The heating platens with heat compensating design and close loop PID control ensures uniform temperatures. The electro hydraulic pump with proportional pressure and flow control gives the fast response and high power efficiency.
Plastic injection moulding machine:
We have Plastic injection moulding machine for production of thermoplastic components. The machine is suitable for any thermoplastic components like LDPE, PP, ABS, Styrene PC etc. The major focus will be new innovations in the field of plastics Injection moulding. The firm will concentrate to develop new applications by innovative way for the customer's requirement.
Injection stretch Blow Moulding Machine:
We have the right utility like Chilling plant , high pressure air compressor and other handling equipments for the day to day working requirements.
