The Chairman of the Company and the soul of Chiripal Group of Industries, he is a Commerce Graduate and has almost three decades of experience in the field of manufacturing, trading and export of various textiles products. He started his small textile business with only 12 looms in 1974. Subsequently, he set up various processing units and other manufacturing units for textile products.
The Managing Director of the Company and younger brother of Mr. Vedprakash Chiripal, he is a Chemical Engineer with almost 20 years of business experience in Textile Processing as well as export and domestic trading. He along with Mr. Vedprakash Chiripal has promoted Nandan Denim Limited to its current status.
Mr. Bhattacharya has retired as the Managing Director of State Bank of India. Armed with an MBA and Master of Science in Nuclear Physics, and over 35 years of experience in the Banking industry, he also serves as a Director to other major companies such as Jindal Stainless Limited, IDFC Securities Limited, IDFC AMC Trustee Company Limited, etc.
A seasoned management professional of three decades of varied experience, Mr. Sharma is the Founder-Director of a Brand & Strategy Consulting boutique – BehindTheMoon Consultants. He has been working towards facilitating the strengthening of brands by guiding companies on strategically working around their brand’s identity and values. Mr. Sharma has done some pioneering work on delivering brand experiences through smart-constructs of Moment-of-Truth. While marketing and culture are his passion - he is also a great motivator and lectures on Optimism and Leadership. Mr. Sharma is also a much sought after corporate coach.
A qualified Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgy and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, he has retired from Gujarat Industrial & Investment Corporation Limited (GIIC) as Deputy General Manager and has a vast experience in project evaluation and finance. He is also the Director in other major companies such as Jindal Hotels Limited, SAL Steel Limited and Sumeru Industries Limited.
Having graduated from the University of Virginia, USA and Bangalore University, she is a banker with three decades of rich experience in corporate, international and investment banking and has held positions like Chief General Manager and Country Head of United States operations of State Bank of India and CEO of the South African operations of the Bank. At SBI Capital Markets, she led the Corporate Advisory, M&A, and Project Appraisal businesses. While at SBI, she also headed the Diamond Financing business of the Bank. She later joined private sector in the infrastructure space as Group President - Finance at Punj Lloyd Group having diversified operations in more than 15 countries. Till recently, she was CEO of India Infoline Finance Ltd., NBFC focussed on lending to small businesses, real estate and health care sectors. She is now Advisor to India Infoline Finance Ltd. She has held Board positions in SBI California Ltd, USA and India Infoline Finance Ltd, Mumbai.
Dr Verma brings to the table a rich corporate experience of over three decades. Dr Verma began his illustrious career with TATA Steel where he spent 15 years. Later he worked as the COO of LG Electronics - India from 2009 till 2013. Prior to that he served at LG Electronics – India in various capacities ranging from being the Head of HR to spearheading operations for India to leading the Sales & Marketing teams.
A much sought after HR and OB expert, Dr Verma has delivered guest lectures at London Business School, Seoul University, Wharton Management School and some of the premier Management Institute across India. He has also authored a book, Passion – The Untold Story, chronicling his experiences at building up LG India in his capacity as the senior-most resource other than the then MD. Dr Verma has been conferred with an Honourary Fellowship by AIMA for his significant contribution to professional management. Dr Verma is also on the Board of Dena Bank.
