Organizations are invited to conduct campus interviews. Based upon the requirement listed out by the organizations, first level of screening is done by NIS Academy to ensure the right-fit is presented to the companies during campus placements.
Organizations start with a pre-placement talk, giving the students details about the company, job openings, growth path and more. This is followed by interested students submitting their profile to appear for the campus interview. The campus interview process could have series of round such as written test, group discussion, one-to-one interview etc before students are short listed for a final meeting.Subsequently, based upon the campus short listing students are required to appear for final interviews at the workplace of the organizations and are then offered jobs by the organization based upon performance in the final round. |
